Is the free version really free forever?
Yes! The free version includes all core canvas features for local use. There is no trial period and no features that expire. You own your boards and your data.
What will happen to my data if I cancel Pro?
Your local boards are always yours - they stay on your computer regardless of subscription status. Cloud-synced boards remain accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything.
Can I use the free version commercially?
The free version is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. If you use Moodis for client work, freelancing, or any commercial purpose, a Pro or Team license is required.
Will there be discounts for students or educators?
Yes - a 50% discount on Pro for verified students and educators. Pro is not open yet, so there is nothing to claim today; when it opens, email support@moodis.app from your academic address for a code.
How will Team plan billing work?
The Team plan includes 3 users and 999 GB of cloud storage in the base price. Teams can grow to 500 users: each user beyond the first three is €10/user/mo, or €100/user/yr on annual billing. Each team member gets their own account with full Pro features plus collaboration tools.
What payment methods will you accept?
When Pro and Team open: all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Team plans will also be able to pay by invoice for annual subscriptions.
